Content: The Presidency of Meteorology and Environment has issued a guidance document which is intended to be the foundation for the development of best environmental practices in relation to waste recovery and recycling. Recycling and recovery initiatives will be extended to all waste including household and industrial waste. The document was issued March 24, 2012.
