Proposed rule of the Department of Public Safety adopts regulations under R17-7-101, -102, and -103 regarding reporting by scrap metal and used automotive components dealers. The rule establishes standards for dealers to submit an electronic record of receipt of most scrap metal and lead-acid batteries to the department within 24 hours of receipt.
