The main and common focus of some strategy specialists, aiming at obtaining a competitive advantage and added value for organizations will be the objective of this study.
We describe in the study the methods used and the indicators that reflect the trends in the development and the transformations in process, products and services in the organizations.
Through the models used and the results reached by the organizations, the study intends to show critical and common aspects that allow reaching a differentiated position in the market.
