Content
The report reviews safety priorities in Germany. Accidents have increased by 9.3 percent. In 1984 the Federal Government presented a comprehensive program for improving road safety. An accident research database has been established and studies on active safety, driver training and the rating of safety of driver groups has become increasingly important. Environmental problems, especially noise pollution and exhaust emissions are a major EEC concern.
