In this paper we will be describing a Smarter Six Sigma Solutions^SM (S⁴) business strategy, which can lead to significant new opportunities and the reduction of fire fighting. This long-term, process focused strategy facilitates companies in identifying and understanding critical business processes such that they become more proactive, as well as productive.
