Vehicle ride comfort is mainly to keep the impact of vibration and impact environment on occupant comfort within a certain limit.Therefore, ride comfort is mainly evaluated according to the subjective comfort of passengers.The most basic evaluation method is weighted root mean square acceleration to evaluate the impact of vibration on human comfort and health.The main influencing factors on vehicle ride comfort include the excitation of road surface and the parameters of vehicle suspension itself.Firstly, the vehicle is simplified as a mass system, and the human body seat system is added to the existing general simplified system to analyze the influencing factors of ride comfort.Then the pavement excitation modeling is carried out. The model acquisition method adopts the filtered white noise method with small amount of calculation and high efficiency. To explore the impact of road incentive on vehicle ride comfort.Then the dynamic model of vehicle vibration is established. The simplified vehicle four degree of freedom vibration model is used for simulation analysis.Finally, interval analysis is used to optimize the parameters to improve the ride comfort of the vehicle.
