- With the advancement of China's urbanization construction, the demand for electric vacuum vehicles continues to increase. Electric vacuum vehicles work together by two motors, and the operating conditions are complex and variable. It is necessary to formulate reasonable strategies for the two motors during the work process. Fuzzy control can handle nonlinear models and is less sensitive to interference. Therefore, this paper takes a pure electric vacuum vehicle as an example, and proposes an energy-saving strategy for the power system based on fuzzy control. Firstly, a two-dimensional fuzzy controller was established to control the rotational speed and torque of the work motor according to the road conditions. Secondly, the economic MAP of the drive motor was developed. Taking into account factors such as SOC, accelerator pedal opening change rate, and work motor speed, the torque was compensated and corrected, a closed-loop control strategy combining driver input and vehicle working state parameter feedback is established. Finally, the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the energy-saving strategy proposed in this paper reduces the power consumption per 100 kilometers compared with the CRUISE strategy by 7.3% and increases the driving range by 7.5% under the operating conditions of pure electric vacuum vehicles, which has reference significance for the energy management of commercial vehicles.
