Research on the Dual-Motor Coupling Power System Strategy of Electric Sweeping Vehicle

- Sweeping vehicles have made a great contribution to the cleaning of urban roads. Traditional electric sweeping vehicles use main and auxiliary motors to drive the walking system and operating system respectively. However, due to the long-term low-speed operation of the vehicle, there are problems of low motor utilization and high cost. To solve this problem, a dual-motor drive system based on planetary gear coupling is proposed. First, analyze the driving mode of the dual-motor coupling drive system according to the actual working conditions of the sweeper, and re-match the parameters of the motor based on this. Second, under the premise of meeting the dynamic requirements, analyze and divide the working range of each driving mode based on the principle of minimum energy consumption, and use particle swarm algorithm to optimize, obtain the best drive mode switching control and speed distribution strategy. Finally, the effectiveness of the system and strategy is verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper effectively reduces the energy consumption of electric sweeping vehicles, which provides an important reference for the design and development of current operational commercial vehicles.
