Light weight, structural integrity, dynamic behavior, selection of material, performance, electrical energy consumption evaluation are very challenging areas while designing electrical vehicle AC components. Structural integrity and dynamic behavior of the component predicted by conducting dynamic analysis of the assembly under standard load conditions. Selection of material is another challenging part which been decided out based on the analysis result. Achieving the required cooling capacity with less compressor power is also another challenging area which been achieved by proper design changes on condenser and evaporator side. For this CFD analysis been performed on the unit. In this paper, durability analysis of the unit been carried out to check the strength of the unit as per the std and CFD analysis carried out to check the air flow on the condenser side and design modification to improve the air flow to meet the cooling capacity. On dynamic analysis, modal frequency and thereafter frequency response analysis been carried out. Based on the modal analysis result, vibro-acoustic analysis been carried out to check the noise under the resonance conditions. Pre and post processing been carried out on Hyper mesh and post processing been done on Altair Hyperworks & Star CCM+. Result been verified with test result.
