Content
A novel high recognizable & glare-free chiaroscuro & sfumato-chiaroscuro photonic channel illuminant, which is with a sense of depth & layering, stereo sense, large FOV (field of view), variable and/or gradient-based lighting to create a high safety and efficient lighting effect for the driver environment, overall vision and vehicle exterior lighting and all the target and the object surrounding the vehicle. It included 1) a superbright photonic channel system, which is used for a specific objective to get a high recognizable & identifiable visual perception; 2) a dark photonic channel system, which is used to form the non-illuminated area. The non-illuminated area is the ocular region of the humans, pets, animals & wildlife, drivers in the vehicle ahead and the oncoming traffic, etc. The entire head and face area is the most basic non-illuminated area for humans, pets, animals & wildlife, etc.; 3) a visual system, which is with the functions of dynamically targeted locking, visual identification, and tracking to keep the 3D dark photonic channel always pointing towards the face and ocular region of the living creature, and the 3D superbright photonic channel aiming squarely at the high priority animate and inanimate objects or suspicious target; and 4) a wide-size lighting structure of high-contrast chiaroscuro and sfumato-chiaroscuro lighting, which are using for all the target and the objects that blend easily into the surrounding in addition to the driver himself, such as the motorcyclists and their passengers, pedestrians, electric bicycle and bicyclists, children, old people, pets and wildlife, and other small unidentified and dangerous objects on the road, etc. The dark field image and bright field image are clear, soft and natural and can be variable to ensure safety. Automotive lighting has entered science and art from technology and engineering. The lighting angle and the FOV (field of view) can be much greater than 180°.
