As methods for achieving the utmost in usability and convenience, we have attempted to eliminate the center pillar (left side B-pillar), which is the main column of the body frame, and have also developed the world's lightest passenger front seat with a built-in seat belt and tumble function. All of these innovations are never-before-seen approaches for mass-produced vehicles, which allow us to realize a completely new style of car that focuses on universal design and is very user-friendly.
