- Electric vehicle performance is depending on many of the system level performance of the vehicle. Motor and controller are designed individually but booth are dependent and these systems affect directly to the vehicle performance by right integration approach. This approach is explained in this paper clearly and well defined and processed for the Motor design and controller design. The integration system process plotted by using Motor design indent and controller design indent. Motor and controller losses are considered for the effective vehicle performance which deals the efficiency of the Motor and control system. The improved version of Motor control integration gives 10% improvements in overall vehicle performance. This approach is shown and evaluated the Vehicle performance by efficient integration approach of Motor and controller.
