Hybrid model mainly use HIL (Hardware in Loop) and SIL (Software in Loop) test environment combinations for validation at system level test. Universal Implement ISO Stick-Match is device to show customer compatibility to ISOBUS implements to off highway vehicle. In the market we have many third party implements and it’s very difficult to validate all implements on vehicle. This ISO stick-match can be used to perform automatic switching on and off implements sections, automatically adjust the output rate for the implement, data storage etc. This paper mainly presents hybrid validation model for system level test using universal implement ISO stick- match functionality. Hybrid model includes use of vehicle controller simulation interface with universal implement ISO stick- match. Hybrid model could be utilized to run Automotive Electronic Foundation (AEF) conformance test. This also enable us to perform end to end validation activity for a machine which will be useful from safety. We can save 70 % of the time and cost required for validation activities.
