A Mathematical Simulation and Test to Transient Performance of Turbo-Charged Diesel Engine

A large program simulating transient process has settled a few particular questions concerned. The good agreement of calculated and experimental transient performance was obtained. It provides a convenient tool for the study and improvement in the transient performance. The influence in the transient process which was caused by the change of some parameters has been calculated by means of program. The simulating program has been used in the study and analysis for improving transient performance.
