EDITORIAL: ALL ABOUT CONNECTIONS

UniBo Motorsport of the University of Bologna in Italy details its self-developed electronic control units and strategy for use in its Formula SAE cars.

Claiming that having good connections is more important today than at any time in the past would be a hard premise to support. But it's probably not a bad idea to consider that premise as true regardless of its actual veracity.

What's undeniable is that there are more opportunities than ever to develop good connections, particularly electronic connections (e.g., Facebook). We at SAE International believe we have an exceptionally good mechanism of our own to help student members to make connections-among themselves and among professional members.
